Computer requirements

Vrex can run on any laptop or computer. However, to use VR headsets (HMDs) you need a graphics card to support VR equipment.

If you are working with heavy BIM and CAD projects, then you may want to choose a computer beyond the minimum requirements.

This article covers minimum requirements, as well as a medium and advanced setup.

Minimum requirements

This setup is the minimum recommended hardware to have a problem-free VR experience. However, don’t expect great performance on medium to large BIM or CAD projects.

Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2070 or Quadro RTX3000
System memory: 4 GB RAM

Important! Make sure the connection options include the connector needed for your chosen VR headset. Avoid adapters, as it may cause additional causes for error.
